Our partnership is targeting businesses with $500k to $2.0M in Adjusted EBITDA, focusing on industries that offer both stability and growth potential and where Private Equity is not actively acquiring businesses of this size.

Our preferred sectors include B2B Services and/or Distribution related businesses, though we remain open to other opportunities that fit our investment criteria

Explora Capital Partners targets profitable, growth-oriented small businesses in the Southeast.
