Mr. Lasher is a seasoned business professional with cross-section of experience in strategy, finance, and operations. He has built a skill-set around business acquisition having served as Executive Director, Mergers & Acquisitions at Cox Communications.  Additionally, he worked alongside many different private equity companies while at Bain & Company, leading with deal diligence and post-merger acquisition integration activities.  Mr. Lasher is also able to blend this financial knowledge base with hands-on operational experience drawing on his more recent General Manager/C-Suite roles in leadership roles in the technology sector

Mr. Lasher will serve as the everyday operational partner, responsible for the day-to-day management of the acquired business. His focus will be on optimizing operations, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
